The company mines, processes and sells natural anhydrite and gypsum in one of the few preserved underground mines in Slovakia. The history of the mine includes 100 years of gypsum mining. As a result of the increased use of artificial energo gypsum in the construction, chemical and industrial sectors, the company has been forced to significantly reduce the extraction of natural gypsum in recent years. Nevertheless, our research activities are aimed at finding new applications.
